a somewhat underwhelming experience
uncomfortable beds air conditioning issue
i found the beds rather uncomfortable the mattress seemed old i also had some trouble with the air conditioning it wouldn't adjust properly i had to call reception to sort it it was a bit inconvenient there weren't enough outlets in the room either making charging devices difficult

clean room spacious room convenient location varied breakfast
I found the room to be clean and spacious. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around very convenient. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious!!! The hotel provided excellent access to local attractions.
I noticed a very slight delay during check-in. the staff resolved it quickly.

The location is close to a subway station. The room included a large television. Free internet access was available (it worked very well).

helpful staff clean room comfortable bed early noise unavailable director
the staff was helpful. the room was clean, comfortable and modern. the beds were very comfortable (i slept really well).
i woke up at 8 am to non stop banging. the director was not available to discuss the issue.
